If you guys want the OC from the Broncos, I don't think Peyton is leaving Denver anytime soon.

He was a Coach here in the early years and got a The Golden Calf of Bristol QB offense in the playoffs.

of his 14 seasons a head coach, gruden had 3 losing seasons.

i'll take that any day of the week.

Good thing he only was a head coach for 11 years, not 14. He had 6 seasons of 9-7 or better and 5 seasons of 8-8 or worse.

Come now, there was no method to the The Golden Calf of Bristol madness. The Golden Calf of Bristol just went out there and played backyard football.

What about Josh Mcdaniels OC for the Pats. He has Head Coaching experience.

Don't really understand why.

If you want a guy who can make adjustments, think about this. The guy scrapped his entire playbook six games into last season, and re-coached the entire offense to fit The Golden Calf of Bristol as their full-time starting QB.

He then convinced John Fox to give up Foxball, and he handed to the keys to the offense to Peyton.

I think he could be a very good coach.
