Keep an eye on those subs tho. Sodium bombs.

I just try to do the half method on anything fast food. Keeps portions in check. Never order fries or get cheese.

We have a great cafe in the building and they use fresh stuff.

Just swap out extra calorie stuff and if u can use a cal counter app. I need to do better with that one.

When I go out for lunch for something quick, it's Subway. Watch the sodium levels and carbs and don't go crazy on condiments (ie mayo) and cheese. I usually bring my own lunch as that is cheaper and healthier.

There's a chicken salad something or another wrap at Arby's. I ate one a few months back. Then ordered another after I ate the first. But I'm not a big fan of eating out, so I'm not sure if they still have it or what it's called. It had chicken salad, romaine, fresh grapes and apples, and pecans.

If I'm being real careful, I just avoid restaurants. Make stuff at home and you know exactly what you're putting into your body, because you can check the labels before you buy it.
