Anyone else intrigued by DE/LB/S/TE Dion Jordan?

I think I'd rather have Jackson Jeffcoat.

Jarvis could still play in a 43 D and possibly be taken by a 43 D like Cleveland. He could really find a home in a 43. Jarvis isnt just a rushing LB. He plays the run fairley well and is pretty damn good in coverage.

For Manti, I may just be blind or something but I haven't seen anyone post anything up about taking a Manti. Say if we were going to a 34, we have Beason and Kuechly. Dont think anyone have mentioned the name Manti.

Couldve been a better thread if you didn't try bashing the people who thinks a 34 is a possibility next season, and didn't compare him to Clowney.

Jarvis Jones is a helluva passrusher, but he is garbage against the run. Most teams ran the ball right at him. He could be a passrushing specialist at DE, but no way hes a 4 down DE.

I think he plays the run decently. I didnt say he was great at it.

Physically he reminds me of JPP.

He could possibly add 15-20 pounds of muscle and be 6'7 270 running a high 4.5

Yeah this is the best defensive prospect I've seen in a while.

Yeah dude is great. Even covered slot receivers sometimes this season. If we can't get Star or Joeckel, then I wouldn't mind if we drafted him even though DE is not really a need. You can never have too many pass rushers.

Yea I really wouldn't mind the guy. He's an athletic DE. His stock will definetly sky rocket after the combine. I just wouldn't take him top10. But he's definetly a top15 player.

The Giants had Osi, Tuck and Kiwanuka and still drafted JPP.

That is the formula to winning in the NFL, you have to get pressure on the QB or you will be picked a part. Our DE's have stepped up big time this year, we would have incredible depth at the position if we went in that direction.

I definitely think Jordan can be an option but it depends on where we draft. A win on sunday could change things.

Oh my god! Does someone else finally understand the logic that you can never have enough pass rushers, especially freak of nature 6'7 pass rushers with 4.5 speed?

I know this sounds like Madden talk, but if we had this guy on our team, not only would I use him in every blitz package as a DE, but I would rover him like a joker S/LB combo in passing situations due to his his athleticism.

Not only that but you could line Jordan up as a tight end on offense and he would ABSOLUTELY dominate. I'm talking Gronk/Graham status, maybe better.

This dude is the best prospect I've ever seen. He has no position. He is a football player and wherever you line him up, all 6'7 250 lbs will dominate.

Another incredible video.

Scouts talk about how he will excel at 4-3 DE.

Even shows him catching a TD for those that think I'm crazy about him playing TE.
