finally exciting times are back in Seattle! Slow start to the season but a great finish. Lots of young players that are into long contracts...me thinks we just might have a decent team for a few years here!

The NFC representative in the Super Bowl will be either San Fran or Seattle. I would say Seattle, but they'll play the divisional round on the road.
I might be sleeping too much on Green Bay, but I just don't see them beating either of those teams.

I doubt Shanahan runs the read option seeing how the Seahawks shut down both Cam and Kaepernick. Then again, he does truly idiotic things sometimes.
He's going to dink and dunk via play action until one of your corners bite and RGIII finally goes deep. It's the staple of a Shanahan offense.
