Watching the game live today after Cam kicked Kelly a little guy on our team went after the Raiders mammoth DT Tommy Kelly. I originally thought it was Deangelo. Re-watching the game tonight I see it was no one other than Smitty. He went after Kelly sticking up for his teammates and then once they got Smitty away from Kelly, Smitty started throwing down with another huge lineman who pulled him away.

This guy is awesome, I love him to death. He is an absolute warrior and yes he's crazy but a guy you want in your foxhole when the chips are down. I hope he plays another 6 years here. I just really, really love the guy and him sticking up for his teammates. The guy has balls.

I noticed the same thing when watching the game highlight on NFL.com. Best Panther ever.

The big D lineman didn't want any part of Steve either. Like almost could see them thinking "he's crazy, I better head to the bench".

I saw the CBS camera crew at the end of the game pan over Smitty and no one was near him and I told my dad that no one goes up to shake his hand at the end of the game because their afraid he's gonna kick their ass for saying good game lol.

LOL at you thinking it was D-Lo. I don't think he has the capability of even getting upset, let alone getting scrappy.

    • This makes sense to a degree with one big BUT... It's clear we'll be changing up our offense quite a bit this season - both due to the need for "evolution" and because of all the new players on offense we have to integrate - especially CMC & Samuel.  So, Stew needs more reps than he would have needed last year just to get in a rhythm with the new guys... Otherwise what you write makes sense.
    • Already admitted i was wrong saying that, what I meant to write was he never learned to do it in college and makes it much easier to fall back into old habits in the pros. Was going back and edit that before I posted the thread and just forgot. And yes, every QB is going to be inaccurate at times, Cam is more inaccurate than the other top ten QBs, He just is, that's not his game,  didn't see anyone complaining about in 15. He makes up for it in other ways. And, no offense meant, didn't see a whole lot of Cam blaming in your post, actually, didn't see any. It was all someone else's fault. Cam has more difficult throws than many QBs because he frequently passes up easy throws for more difficult ones.
