1. Whether he stole something at 18 is irrelevant now.

2. Every good QB is a "diva"

3. And I don't even know how you judge someone as an idiot in football. If he "can't read defenses" as some have claimed then howdafuq did he set the record for most yards in two years?

1. To you, maybe. To a lot of people, it means something.

2. This is one of the dumbest things I've ever read on this site. Peyton Manning is not a diva. Matt Ryan is not a diva. Drew Brees is not a diva. Eli Manning is not a diva. I could go on.

3. He is a scrambling quarterback who plays a playground football. Again, your front office decided to put him into an offense that was as simple as any that I have ever seen in the NFL. There is a reason for that.

1. A lot of people don't matter, especially when discussing performance.

2. Peyton Manning certainly is a Diva. So is Brady, Rodgers, Favre, and pretty much anyone who has been an MVP. Why did you mention Ryan, I said "good qbs"

3. Even assuming Cam's offense is "simple" (when it's pretty close to San Diego's offense plus some option plays), it still got Cam to the most yards in his first two years ever. Also the most overall TDs in his first year (don't have 2 year stats for all QBs).

So the "reason for that" is because it's extremely effective, and rather than proving Cam is dumb for running it, it just proves other NFL teams are dumb for not running it.

1. Um, do we want to hold everyone accountable for dumb poo they did in college.....or just the stuff caught doing in college.

2. Um, Eli Manning is a flat our refused to play for the team that drafted him. Peyton Manning bitches teammates out all the time. Matt Ryan is just lame so know one cares. QB perception is largely a media painted picture. A QB will be praised or bashed for an action....not based on the action but by who is doing it. Jay Cutler and Tom Brady can both whine, cry, yell, or pout....portrayed as two different things

lol...maybe you don't understand football. Carolina and say Washington are actually running old offenses simply from different formations the NFL hasn't been using.

Cam averages 325 yards and 2.25 TDs per game against Atl......and has had a lead in the 4th Q in all 4. If it is so simple....why hasn't Atl dominated him in those games?

1. We weren't discussing performance, we were discussing his brush with the law.

2. Peyton Manning is a diva? Lay off the bath salts, poncho. Matt Ryan has owned you guys since he came into the league. Let me know when Cam leads his team to 5 straight winning seasons. poo, let me know when he puts up one. That is what this game is about you know, winning. Matt Ryan is going to the postseason. He is going to Hawaii. Cam is going to play video games and work on his fashion design.

3. Extremely effective? Sure, I remember most of this board being thrilled with the offensive scheme this past year. It was so effective that the Panthers managed to put up another losing season.

For the record, the best part of the Panthers is not on the offensive side of the ball.

Joe Flacco is the only QB in NFL history to lead his team into the playoffs in his first five seasons. Not one person would say Flacco is the bestest quarterback evar! MeAngelo logic would suggest Flacco is HoF due to wins.

It's a team game.

one thing you need to shut your stupid fuging mouth about is how "simple" newton's offense is. it shows that you don't know what the fug you're talking about because what newton has been running for weeks now is a norv turner style coryell with read option wrinkles. olsen is having a career year because he fits turner's "F-back" concept like a glove.

i've seen you tongue bathing RGIII's asshole on numerous occasions and you no doubt consider him a "cerebral" alternative to "stupid" newton like every other dumbass football fan on the internet. if you watch griffin's games it becomes obvious that there are a ton of one-read concepts in that offense and he doesn't necessarily have the arm strength to really stick NFL sideline routes like cam can. plus they run the hell out of the ball whereas we were almost completely unable to for half the damn season. amazing that for such a dumb quarterback newton looks substantially better running a pro offense than he does in a bullshit read-option.

really it's incredibly clear that you don't know poo about newton or the offense carolina runs. the panthers have actually basically run two different offenses this season-chudzinski and rivera only settled on what we're running now around the time of the broncos game.

if we followed meangelo's arguments to their logical conclusion, mark sanchez whips matt ryan hands down and is in the top five QB conversation.

he's a proven dumbass. note how he never actually talks about the mechanics of football itself but rather just bullshits around about cam's character and how many games he's won.

and yes, peyton manning is a fuging diva and you literally started watching football in 2008 if you disagree.
