Have no clue who gets the Job.

I like Gamble for GM based on what I have read online

Rivera is as good as gone.

I think it will be Ross, and I'd be fine with that.

I think (hope) Rivera is gone. Too many poor decisions and lack of timely adjustments to forgive.

all comes down to Sunday IMO.

Rivera wins. JR leans toward keeping interim GM in place and giving him a 1 yr audition at GM and Rivera one last shot.

Rivera losses. JR hits the moonshine and takes his GM hunt into his own hands. He takes advantage of all resources and takes his search online where he stumbles upon the Carolina Huddle. He thinks to himself, damn...this CRA guy knows what the deal is. I then get hired as GM. I hire Oliva Wilde as the new Panther HC. I find her to be purty. I will be a Jerry Jones type GM but will just flat out step up and claim I want to be HC and take on all responblities. I will bring in a new offense and we will run The Oopty Oop offense. It is top secret and only me and the kid from Varsity Blues fully know its power.

Ross is brought in to the be the new GM, he fires Rivera.
Then Hires Kevin Gilbride as the new HC

Who would probably bring along a few of the coaches with him from NY.
