Just asking. If the Bears miss the playoffs he may get fired, I think he's a good coach.

As a head coach, no. As a DC, sure.

But if Rivera stays, I imagine he sticks with McDermott. That, plus there's some history there that might be a tad awkward.

Under a new head coach? Would depend on who it was.

No, he is borderline average as a head coach, how he has lasted that long in Chicago blows my mind.
