what is everyones opinion on Jeff Mitchell?

i think if we could get Bently from the Saints that would be a great move. i know he will probley be rather expensive but he would be a definete upgrade over Mitchell who struggled last year and is getting old

FA's i want

Bryant WR

Bentley C

RB-Lewis, Henry, Williams, Foster yes i said ricky williams shoot me now

Spoon

McCree

i doubt we can sign all of them but if Pep lowers his cap number a good bit which he will and we cut S. Davis that opens a lot of cap space.

Bentley has already said that he wants to go home to Cleveland and they have a ton of cap room. I see him going there.

Bryant would be a nice addition, but he dropped some balls last year. I like JJ better.

I think Chester Taylor would be cheaper than any of those running backs and he has none of the wear and tear or baggage.

Spoon definetly.

McCree is not the playmaker I want at safety. He is slow and has short arms. Most of his picks this year were served to him on a platter. I want a good sideline to sideline coverage safety who can be solid in run support too. All McCree does is provide average run support.

As for Mitchell if hes cheap keep him around he is a solid veteran for the young guys to learn from.

Bryant would be a better player and he is younger but he will probley be more expensive then JJ.

as far as Mitchell goes i cant help but remember all the games he got pushed around in, if he is cheaper and Hangartner is thought to be his replacement then resigning him is fine with me.

I like McCree as long as he isnt very expensive, i dont think he will be and he wants to stay here so thats good, he was better then Branch imo, he was atleast in the right spots most of the time unlike Branch in 2004 he was out of place a lot and made our CBs look worst then they were and he gave up a lot of long runs.
