No it is a hard candy...

The red and yellow "layers" are kinda fruity and hard, while the white layer is coconut mixed with something (probably corn syrup) that makes it kinda chewy/sticky to your teeth...

look at the gas station next time you go in one... I've seen them as far west as Cherokee and got some yesterday towards Whiteville (I think it was in Clarkton)...

Any time I see them I have to buy like 5 bags thinking it will last me a couple weeks, but I'm always out in like 2 - 3 days...
