Yep, sounds about right. In recent years CNN has fallen off the map as far as journalism goes, so picking up BR should be a smooth transition.

Really? I guess because they can lowball BR and not have to worry about paying the "writers". Meanwhile, BR gets a bigger audience. Win Win for them, lose lose for us. Not that I read SI, BR, or CNN.

Turner acquired Bleacher Report a few months ago. It was only a matter of time. CNN is struggling mightily these days but supporting more user-generated content is a wise move.
