Taking a head coaching job in the NFL is never "taking a step back".

And Chudzinski definitely wouldn't think so because he grew up as a huge Browns fan in Ohio. This is his dream job.

He's not "dumping" on Rivera because it was Rivera who put him in position to get this job.

If you go from being a VP at Coca Cola, and then get offered to be CEO of RC Cola, it's not a step backward just because its a lesser brand.

What I'm saying is... Chud was the main issue here. Rivera shoulda have let him go, instead he left leaving Rivera knowing the most important part of this team is Cam and his progression
