Love EDM as a whole...trance, house, techno, dub step.
Tiesto is a legend.
You're a good man and you should feel like such.

look up some Kaskade, Deadmau5, Morgan Page, and Paul Oakenfold for Trance to start off
Dada Life and Wolfgang Gartner are some good House options...
And for dubstep, take a look at Nero, Flux Pavilion, Krewella. Ephixa has some nice instrumental tracks, and these two artists on youtube collaborate frequently to add lyrics to some of those tracks. Look up Veela and NoneLikeJoshua

Paul van Dyke's not been mentioned. Sandra Collins and Christopher Lawrence were always underrated American talents. Sasha and Digweed's first few Northern Exposure mixes were good too, but more laid back.
Goa trance is for folks that took one too many pills. Psy is for those who took even more past that.

i don't like the uber heavy techno back beat stuff, but more of the atmospheric background stuff.
