My biggest gripe about Yankees, Ohioans, and people from Buffalo is that they move to Charlotte or the south out of free will. Then they proceed to bash everything from grits to sweet tea, yap about how much better their hometown is than where they live in the south, infest our sports venues, etc. If its so much better in Bumfug, OH then why did you move down here with us hayseeds?

The root of our problem is not the Yankee itself. Its that we get the lazy 50%ers. They made it half way to Florida and were too lazy to finish the trip!

I grew up in Southern California and took my Drivers Ed classes on the freeways of Los Angeles. Driving in NYC is fun and not difficult because what everyone does is predictable and consistent. And you better know how to parallel park...quickly.

I've driven and visited every state in the country save for Minnesota and North Dakota. I've lived in CA, Maine, VA, NC, MS and FL and I will, without hesitation or doubt tell you that North Carolina is home to the worst drivers I've ever encountered in the 42 years I've had a license. I could spend 2 hours driving around anywhere in NC with a dash mounted camera and play it back on an IMAX and it would scare the crap outta most people to see how people drive in NC.

Now, before you NC drivers go all defensive and whiny, it's not all of you. Just more than the usual share of morons driving in NC than most other states.
