Boychuk Back With the Canes

Zach Boychuk had a short stint with the Pens before being waved and claimed by Nashville. Nashville didn't see any use for him either and waved him as well....

Apparently the Canes like to bring in familiar faces because Boychuk is back with Carolina for a second stint.

I knew we would. Start busting your ass, Boychuk. I want you to be a good third liner at the NHL level. Show me you can do it.

The fact that he was basically told that he would never be an NHL caliber player by the Pens should light a fire under his ass.

Yeah he'll go back to the AHL and dominate and then do poo all with the big club like he's always done. Three coaches have said no to him now, when are we going to cut him loose?

We need him. Zac Dalpe and Andreas Nodl are both thought to be out for the season, Charlotte has no depth.

Hey I think you read that thread on HF Boards wrong. Bobby Butler was claimed by Nashville. We wont know who claimed Boychuk until tomorrow.

Well at least if he doesn't score there he'll fit right in.
