This move scares me much more than Revis going to the Bucs, honestly. Goldson is a bad dude.

They sign a nice player, address a roster need and now easily have what should be the best S tandem in the division. I mean sure, they should probably do things the Carolina Way and throw a bottom tier FA or late round/UDFA talent at the problem, but to each their own I guess.

They overpaid a SS who will be playing at FS. How does that scare you? He can tackle but he can't cover without a pass rush.

Let's try to make this seem like it was a BAD MOVE for the Bucs.

Keep coming up with more funny excuses.

Wait till April when they take a Milliner, Rhodes, Trufant or Banks in the draft.

Great excuse.
We saved a lot of money bc we kept Naka over trying to spend money on a quality player. In this case we won!

Ummm, the 2012 playoffs and the 49ers letting Goldson walk says it all.

Keep whining.

Keep humoring yourself into believing The Panthers are beneath your armchair GM capabilities.

Chuck in his never ending stupidity if he was the GM we would be 0-16.

We could use him for this season though. With his help, we could draft Clowney.

Goldson is definitely good, but the Buccs gave him a Hurney type deal. There will be quite a few teams in our shoes in a couple years, mainly Buccs and Dolphins and I can almost guarantee they will have no championships to show for it.

1) Where was I crying.

2) Goldson/Barron or Godfrey/Nakamura, Martin, Campbell? You decide.

How does Hurney have anything to do with who the Buccs sign?

i think the money thrown was bad, but it's not a "bad" move...it just isn't a killer move for them. it will help out their run D, but it won't help out their pass D. it's just not as beneficial to them as it could have been if their coaching staff wasn't in denial about this being a passing league now.

for a team already weak against the pass and with a whole lot of question marks in the pass rush already with one of their key guys possibly heading to jail for a while, it's just leaving a defense already susceptible to the pass just as susceptible.

bad move? no. great move? nope.

I didn't say anything about Hurney.
