The Best Soup

French onion soup is an ingredient, not a stand alone soup.

Some made clam chowder and stews will always be my favorite.

At least once a week i do a custom chicken noodle soup that is quick and easy to throw together, that is my 2 year old's favorite to share with myself in the morning.

It's funny how we separate asian food in our minds, but Pho is pretty awesome also.

Not sure if anyone has had Khatiya but it is one of my new favorites. It is a Khmer (Cambodian) soup dish. Its usually a simple noodle soup but then you throw in things like garlic, hot sauce, onions, chills, soy sauce, pork. Every time my girlfriends parents and grandparents make it I usually down 2-3 large bowls.

Not a big soup fan. Does pho count? Love authentic Viet pho.

Also, I can rock with clam chowder.

Oh, so pho does count. Yep, easily my favorite. Best friend in high school was Viet, so I had the good stuff almost like once a week. Too good.
