The only reason that he went Div2 instead of bama and florida (who recruited him) was because of low sat scores. Moved here when he was 10 from Ghana. Not a dumb kid, just a victim of the system. I am dancing in the street literally over this draft.

Helped pave the way to a national title for Valdosta. Our staff clearly saw something in him; but Bakhtiari and B. Jones were right there.

Swope would be a steal in the 5th but I'm not getting my hopes up.

Zod, do I need to buy you a decent web host? What hell do you run this thing on, some $4.95/month plan from HostGator?

Check this story out.

http://www.cleveland...t-valdosta.html

Browns worked him out and the article states that he was 3/4 round projected player. A lot of teams worked him out. I think that other teams would have selected him in the 4th.
Trust the professionals instead of ESPN or NFLN ranking.

BTW: B. Jones is too weak to play in a power scheme offense.

It's getting really frustrating not being able to discuss our draft picks when we have to wait 30+ minutes to discuss them because the board is down each time.

Lol, and this is why fans are fans.

Edmund wasn't a surprising pick. He came by for a visit. He'll need development but Kugbila is surprisingly quick and has a big frame and long arms.

Good OL prospect.

Small school guy, but huge and strong and a mauler... and has played both tackle and guard. Won't have to learn the OG position from scratch like Silotolu had to do so, hopefully, will make more of an immediate impact.

I like big, strong, ugly, violent linemen.

Love the pick. The dude is a mauler. I realize he went to a small school. Dude had no sacks against him and only 2 QB hurries.

I don't know what to say. There was other talent available, but I am just going to hope it works out.

Go fuᴄk yourself moron.

You first, I would be willing to help if you asked instead of acting like a prick. A decent VPS is $20/month, there's no reason that everything that ever happens regarding the Panthers should take the biggest fan forum down.

Gettleman has said all along we need to get big on the lines.

So why is everyone acting surprised about this draft?

I don't think the problem is drafting oline in the 4th it was who we picked over other players that seem like better prospects. Gettleman is supposed to have an eye for talent and be able to spot those diamonds in the rough therefore I'm all aboard with this pick

I cannot tell you how thrilled I am with the direction of the draft.

He is a good OG prospect. No one should be mad at this pick.

Freakish arms, great frame, and very good mobility / feet.

As long as we just found someone who can replace the atrocity that is Hangman, I am easy.

I was really scratching my head at first.
