Reports are MJ wants a face of the franchise. Why not go after Rajon Rondo? He is a top 5 pg and he will help when it comes to getting FA's to come play in Charlotte. He is a champion so he would be well respected as the leader of the team.

Walker/#4 pick for Rondo?

It's not like this is a great draft, so why not go after a big name.

*Hell no to the Chris Bosh rumor!

Money better spent on a big. Let's quit trying to replace our good young PG and focus on some positions that actually need upgrading.

Rondo would be a headache on a young rebuilding team.  He couldn't consistently get along with some NBA Hall of Famers

How about a player at a position of need.

I didn't realize that Rondo won that championship by himself...

Things you find out on the huddle.

Yes, I'd rather keep Walker over Rondo.

1. Rondo is a headcase, he couldn't get along with HOF players and a great HC. It would be worse here in Charlotte.

2. He would want a big deal and take up most of the cap space the Bobcats have left and the team would still have no inside presence scoring wise.

3. Kemba stat wise was a top 10 PG last year.

4. It effects the 2014 draft and the Bobcats ability to get a top 5 player in one of the best NBA drafts of the last 10-15 years.

5. He's got a poor jump shot and wouldn't really fit in well with the players that are already here in Charlotte.

This idea is all around bad.

Only on a Bobcats board would you rather have Walker over Rondo.LMAO

Yeah lets continue to build with Kemba Walker he is an amazing talent.

As good of a point guard Rondo is, Kemba and our 4th pick is too much. Rondo has endured injuries the past couple of years. His health is a major risk. Though, I have never thought of him being a headcase.

Kemba is not a bad PG. He only lack a passing game, but that side of his game will only improve. We're on the right path in building something really good. If we can pair him up with McLemore this upcoming season, it's going to be really fun to watch.

Rondo is a top 5 pg and would instantly make everyone on this team better. Not to mention he would be the face of the franchise.

Rondo is an incredible ball handler and passer but who is he passing to on this team?

Gotta have a Pierce, Allen to make shots.

Rondo is not a fit. Better than Kemba but not for Charlotte.

So Rondo is the better player but not better than Kemba because it's Charlotte. lol

Do you guys know about basketball?

Any smart fan would take Rondo over Kemba/#4 pick in a heartbeat. You get Rondo and you suddenly have a foundation player you can build around and attract other FA's. It's time to get an established player to be the face of the franchise. No more Okafor/Jrich/Wallace/Jackson to be the face of this team.
