good luck man, you will need it.

If you cant quit cold turkey then I urge you to go vapor its so much better then smoking and none of the consequences that cancer sticks have

I have lost count but I am going on 90 days smoke free with the aid of these devices. I am with you jasonluckydog, this is the way to go. I have helped get no lest than six people off those burners by vaping. Two of them smokers for 20+ yrs.

My sense of smell has improved, taste buds have changed (still changing), not to mention the amount of money I am NOT spending anymore. Also I am finding myself using the vape less and less. Of course, I want to quit completey and I am on the road to success.

Trying the butterscotch at the moment. It's pretty damn good! Have you tried the Evod BCC tanks yet? Dude, those are kick ass.

I accept that... We are talkin a 6hr+ period with dinner. I'm not drinking to get drunk, when my bottle's empty I grab another, then repeat. But this is 2 nights without & tomorrow's poker, I play better sober... I do have a problem but at this point my alcohol consumption is not it. Continue like this & it probably will be, but I got this...

If you are drinking a 12 pack a day.....your alcohol consumption is definitely a problem.

Not passing judgement, but you definitely should get some help.  That level of consistent consumption is a problem.

I can appreciate that Hatter. Im not going to get into the reason my consumption is where it is, but I do have my reason. I have been aware that this could become a serious problem if I continue making the choice to consume that quantity nightly. But that wont happen, Im already breaking the habit. Only drank 6 just last night, did not have any others since that post 4 days ago... I got this...

Is this denial if Im acknowledging it? I feel like Im at a crossroads, continue on and it wont be nice or realize what Im doing and handle my business. Not that hard of a decision.....

Great suggestion bp, Im down.... Saturday will be my day1...again.....

I love being smoke free and have never felt better and yes everything tastes better. I got my brother vaping as well and he has smoked over 20 years like me. I will never go back to cigs again.

I had to increase my nicotine from 18% to 26% cause I was vaping way too much but now I feel more satisfied and vape less.

My flavors are a mixture of  the 18%vanilla, hazelnut and the 26% light tobacco.

I have the larger tank and it holds so much more juice

I also bought the neck holder for mine so I can wear it around my neck so I wont lose it anymore

I took a pic of it

I started out at 18mg and have been on 12mg the past month. Moving lower and lower until I am done completely. I want to quit, some want a replacement, which is fine with me. Either way you are no longer ihaling smoke that contains over 4000 different chemicals from a cig. Not to mention the additional 599 additives.

One of the 20+ years smokers I got converted (he has been off them for over 60 days btw) has gone crazy with this stuff. I mean, he is completely out of control. Hahah

Two weeks in he sent me this picture of the liquids he has already bought.

wow, thats crazy!! I feel jealous.

I like smoking my main reason to quit was to help my better half quit she was diagnosed with COPD and she is only 34 so I quit with her.

I agree vaping is so much better then smoking and has none of the bad stuff that cigs have and I really enjoy vaping.
