Fans love Barner.. But Tauren Poole passes the eye test in my opinion.

I talked about Poole for quite a bit last season, but nothing much was ever said about him soo... I just kinda' stopped talking to myself.

But yeah, I always liked him better than Armond.

apparently not because Tolbert would end up making him a 5th wheel anyway..

I used to be a trucker, and a 5th wheel is a good thing

Its strange noone ever mentions Tauren Poole at all. Maybe my eyes are deceiving me but it seems like everytime Poole gets the ball, he consistently gets chunks of yards and he also looks to be very explosive as well. Same thing happened last pre season, he looked very solid but yet not a peep from our fanbase about him.

He is probably the least talked about and one of the undervalued players in this roster. He has looked very solid now for two pre seasons in a row yet the fanbase stays silent on him.

Agree. Tauren is not flashy but he gets the job done. Solid player who will make the team.

I'm embarrassed for this fanbase when I say there are a few men on this forum who claim they would love to be Cam's 6th wheel...

I like Poole, hopefully he sticks around this season.

Don't see him beating out Barner though.

Isn't a 4th wheel a good thing?

the panthers offense is aiming for a tricycle, with cam as our rider.

Barner simply offers more for the Panthers. KR, running ability, catching ability. ST's play... He's a total package and can do a lot of things fairly well, which is why he'll easily make the team.
