Holgorsen and Sumlin might be early to get their pro shot, but my guess is Chip Kelly's gonna bring in a lot of good offensive minds from college.  Malzahn might make sense in a similar capacity.  All three are fantastic offensive minds. 

 

If going pro, there are always the conservative D types - Lovie Smith, Mike Zimmer. 

 

Not unlike Belichick, Jon Gruden has spent a lot of time with Kelly, and so if anyone offensively is going to balance the difference between college innovation and pro experience, it'd be Gruden.

I'd say Greg Roman, but he's just such a dork. I can't picture that guy as a successful head coach.
This is strictly based on his looks and the way he walks. Ironclad logic, I know.
