I'm crafting a carefully-written letter to Jerry Richardson. What should I say?

Ask him what he thinks his role is for the organization and ask him how he feels he has failed the role and more specifically what he thinks his mistakes have been and how they have played a role in the failure of the team, or as he would say, product.

I'd really like to know what failures JR would take responsibility for if anything, or if he even realizes he plays a part in this failure of a team.

I'd ask his mail screener how he enjoys his job.

My guess: That's the only person who's going to wind up reading it.

Actually, he does read the vast majority of letters and a friend of mine even got a call from him and they had lunch in downtown Charlotte.

So, if it's the real deal...

Tell him that it's getting harder to justify purchasing panthers memorabilia when the product on the field is subpar, much like Hardees after he sold it.

haven't seen to much actual constructive advice yet

Ummmm, yeah......

.... not sure you're gonna get any. I'd simply start quoting from Rivera's pressers, that may get you somewhere.

I'd wait until next week to send a letter.  Honestly if they beat the Giants the season might not be a total loss.  But we're all expecting the worst so...at least have the first draft ready.

I'd just ask what is his plan for the next HC and why should we expect different results this time?  He kept Rivera, and it's the same old same old as the past two years.  Mention that he is losing fans left and right and he'd better get this ship back afloat before the stadium is full of opponents fans.
