He is proving to be the best pickup for us in quite awhile.developing into a quality WR with the speed of a Cheetah. We all know about his return ability.Lock him in now before he hits the FA market next year.I think he should be a Very high priority.

Yes, sign him to one of those uber big contracts.

At what figure?  I would be leery of signing him to any type of even modestly significant guaranteed money after 4 games and if we weren't willing to do that, why would he want to sign an extension at this point?  He has a career worth of not living up to expectations.  Let's not appoint him as the savior of our WR corps just quite yet.  If he continues to perform as he has thus far, I'm sure Gettleman will get him locked up to a market appropriate contract.

I too want to respond to bad losses by throwing money at the players.

Its nice to see him progressing as receiver. I went crazy at the bar when he caught that pass across the middle and held on to it after getting whacked.

He is a bright spot that is for sure... that isn't saying much.

Style of his play leaves a high potential of him getting injured...so I'd wait until you see if he can stay healthy for a year.

Not talking Hurney Money at all.Would it not be easier to extend him now at a reasonable rate then try to match offers next year. The best WR after Smith we have and one of the best return men we have ever had

Still can't believe he is outplaying Lafell in a contract year.

Give the man Lafell's contract next year.

I'd give him 3 years, $11 million if he proves he can stay healthy. Yardage wise, he's our 2nd leading receiver behind Olsen and averaging 20 yards per catch.
