Same here. Not a shula fan as a playcaller...we're winning because of this nasty D. Lets not get delusional here. Our offense as a whole has been hit and miss all season. But again, who cares when you have beasts playing defense.

why are we only throwing to olsen twice a game.  why not more quick slants to get the 49ers on their heels?

eh, i just think shula has no idea how to create routes and just pulls them from some nfl template

also he's inappropriately aggressive, going for 30 yard strikes on 3rd and 2, 3rd and 4.

The Shula hate, as well as the Rivera hate, has pretty much dissipated once one or both began coaching like their jobs actually depended upon their performance (roughly around a month ago

The dude should be gone next year since he was mainly a placeholder until we could find someone better since the Chud thing caught us off guard

Shula had a stretch of 3 games where he was absolutely outstanding. The games before and after that he has at least partially sucked.

He seems to have near completely ditched the short, quick passing game that had us putting up 30+ every game, and went back to slow developing routes that get Cam sacked. His constant passing on 3rd and short is completely inappropriate and has a near 0% success rate.

10 points? Ok

How many more perfectly good drives will be murdered with the Wildcat this year?

After one of his 3rd and short pass plays failed, I said if he calls another he should be fired. Sure enough, very next drive, 3rd and 2 pass play fails yet again.

We have Cam Newton and Mike Tolbert who have both proven they can get any 3rd and short we need them to 9 times out of 10. Yet since ATL Shula has had some obsession with passing on 3rd and 2, and it hasn't worked a single goddamn time that I can think of.

He refuses to learn from his mistakes. You can't expect to score 10 points and win with any frequency.

Not to mention we're racing the clock near every play or taking unnecessary time outs or DoG penalties because he can't get the playcall in on time.
