i'm not surprised at all. i expect most to have us at number three and the only two teams ahead of us consistently being the seahawks and the broncos.

I believe elite is just a mindset. The way our guys are talking like they feel they can't be beat. That is good enough for me. Winning brings confidence and that's what we have right now.

it was sarcasm. because everyone doubts us.

we are a top 3 - top 5 team. we are elite and it has to do with our mindset.

ESPN: http://espn.go.com/nfl/powerrankings/_/week/14

3 Panthers 9-3 +2 Last Week: 5

Cam Newton's 56-yard scramble in the first quarter Sunday was his longest career scramble and the second-longest rush of his career (72 yards, Week 14 2012 vs Falcons).

It will be ugly if we lose Sunday.

Broncos lose to the Patriots and they do not drop....Patriots lose to us and they do not drop.  If we lose, I will bet you we drop 6-7 spots.

PFT:

2. Panthers (9-3; No. 3): Two games against the Saints are all that’s standing in the way of an NFC South title and a playoff bye.
