Either way she has definitely taken decades off her appearance due to her choice in diet.

Going Vegan and being able to keep your energy up takes either a lot of planning or a lot of money and a few good health food stores near by.

That looks one part diet and exercise, five parts genetics.

In my experience I haven't felt any loss in energy since the days I used to eat meat. Granted I'm not vegan yet but I am vegetarian. Personally I've noticed just the opposite really. I remember after I used to eat meat my body would always get groggy and tired. Overall I would feel very weighed down. Now after eating I feel refreshed and energized.

Of course i'm going to say this, but I wouldnt be so sure. This isnt something you see very often. It would be interesting to see how the rest of her family has made out and if they're on the same diet or not.

I haven't watched the whole thing, but if she passes for 30, I could pass as a teenager

maybe if she covered up her neck. I would say mid to late 50s if I had to take a guess

Oprah would have been a better example of looking young. Or Chuck Norris

I'm a big proponent of eating healthily, but when I'm 70 I'd rather look 70 than have spent the past 40 years eating raw vegetables only.

Really? That's strange. When i'm 70 i'd much rather have the energy, health and appearance of a 40 year old. It's kind of an ironic statement to consider omitting certain foods from your life as "not living."
