Brandin Cooks relishes Smitty Comparisons.

Smith would have been the #2 receiver 4 years ago with most other teams. Guys like Cam need to start opening their mouth and make some demands. McNabb was known for keeping his mouth shut like a scared little biatch so he waste all his career throwing to some stick called pinkston. Now Cam is about to start his fourth year with a 5'9 35 year old as his #1 target. I'm sure those other so-called elite QBs wouldn't tolerate that.

That's true. Tom Brady too. Just recently they're saying it's about that time to get him somebody. Atleast he had Randy for one point

Brady had his share of jump ball guys with gronk, hernandez, and moss. I'm sure they're in search for another one to compliment gronk. They make a concerted effort to make it easy for those so-called elite guys. More elite more weapons. You'd think the reverse would be the norm.

Wah wah! He's too small, wah wah!

3 of the Top 7 Wide Receivers in the NFL this year were 5' 10".

4 were 6' or less.

Tired of the tiny guys.  If they work, then fine...but you can't teach a 5'8" receiver to play 6'4".  This franchise lucked out with Smith.

As much as I would hate to miss out on a guy that could be a playmaker like Smitty his measurables are just a turnoff. We need big targets for cam not little ones.

Would you be opposed to drafting Cooks at 28 if we let Hardy walk. Bring in a second tier Defensive end like Will Smith, Tuck or Micheal Bennett. Then use the remaining money to bring in Hakeem Nicks , Mitchell, Ginn and draft O-line and secondary thereafter?

There are several ways to build this castle. I don't think there is a right or wrong answer if the puzzle pieces fit.

I wouldn't be upset if he is the pick at #28. Hopefully a larger target would be brought in as well.

I think you're overrating the hell out of McNabb.  Andy Reid makes every QB look good.

He makes scrubs look like they're worth 2nd round picks, then he fleeces dumbass franchises for said picks.  Hell, he even made Vick look like a legit NFL QB (not just a scatback who occasionally throws the ball) after being away from the league for a couple of years and he's currently making a guy who most had written off as a bust look pretty damn good.

I'm not sure anyone makes lemonade out of lemons at the QB position as well as Andy Reid.

Put it like this. Once McNabb left, Reid and the Eagles didn't reach what McNabb did without him. In fact I'll go a step further and say Reid won't have be a HC of a team that goes as far as he did with McNabb
