Are there really people here bothering to argue with a guy who thinks a 26th pick who shot 33% in the summer league is going to come in and average 20 ppg in the NBA as a rookie?

Some of you UNC jock-sniffers are so biased it's hilarious.

McRoberts was a HUGE part of our success last year.  Marvin will be good, I'm sure.  But "Mcbob was ass" is an ignorant statement.

Why are you sure Marvin will be good? He hasn't been good in his entire NBA career.

How about we win a playoff game before we anoint ourselves contenders.

Id bet the farm if he was starting and getting 30mpg he would average 15ppg

There's a very long list of mediocre NBA guards that could average 15 ppg if given the green light.

In Topic: If You Are Cho: Does Hendo Stay?

I can't imagine the market is very hot for a player like him. He's not terrible and we would be fine bringing him off the bench, but he's a generic average to below average NBA player and he's getting paid an awful lot of money considering that. If I'm Cho, I've already shown I don't mind paying mediocre players way too much money (Marvin) so I keep him. If I can pull off a trade to get a guy who can contribute and is also an expiring, of course I do it but I don't think there will be any takers. I wouldn't trade him for an expiring that can't play- better to have an overpaid backup than a terrible one.
