#3259343 Hornets @ Magic 6 PM EST

Posted by JccOldTime23 on 02 March 2015 - 06:20 AM

I just read this whole thread before looking at the score. Ya'll are hilarious. Until the post saying, "good win" this read like we got blown out. Then I see the score and it's a 15 point win.

#3258592 Psssst..... It's March.

Love the timing. I just grabbed a beer to watch the Bulls/Clippers game.

#3228901 I feel like a kindred spirit with Panther fans now..

cheer up dude you still have kentucky basketball starting the tournament in a month and a half and the Cavs are on a 9 game win streak

There's no room for comments like this. This poster was here the whole week of the playoff game. In fact all the Seahawk's fans that were here were very classy. I feel you beast mode. The Pats have to be my most hated team in the NFL.

#3227210 Panthers on the 3

Shula calls a fade to Kelvin, dropped. On second down a read option that gets nothing after Bell is blown up and takes a knee on 3rd down.

Neither one of them can touch the Andy Griffith Show.

Kuechly and Olsen are on opposite sides. Might see them matched up against one another.

Good move for both parties imo

#3165098 Reasoning for Suh Suspension Being Lifted

Posted by JccOldTime23 on 30 December 2014 - 10:27 PM

Suh should he suspended a minimum of 6 games next season plus any remaining games the Lions may have. He has proven that he is a dirty player and will not change. There is no place in the NFL for that.

#3153537 If the Panthers lose should Ron Rivera return?

Posted by JccOldTime23 on 26 December 2014 - 12:02 PM

Based on the very questionable decisions about who plays and the conservatism he has shown at the end of close games I think the only way he should keep his job is if we win the super bowl. Otherwise he should be fired. Having said that we all know he will stay.

Um. Who are the Bobcats?

#3132040 The Official General NBA Discussion Thread

Lol Kobe, calling people soft...

I think Chris Childs has something to say about that lol.

Idc how bad of teams Jordan was on, they never sucked like this. He's a fabrication... He wants to be Jordan and isnt. Jordan took the fuging Wizards to winning records lol as an overweight geriatric with bad knees...

Technically Jordan took the Wizards to back to back 37-45 records and no playoffs. But I get what you're saying. Kobe has never been able to carry a team by himself. He always had Shaq or Pau Gasol/Andrew Bynum etc.

I keep seeing people talk about Cam smiling while talking to the officer. Am I the only one who thinks that looks like a grimace? He looks to me to be in absolute misery in that picture. Call me crazy but that's what I see.

#3126469 Is Sunday a must win for Ron to keep his job?

Posted by JccOldTime23 on 09 December 2014 - 11:00 AM

I'll post once more because it's on my mind now. The bare bone minimum requirement to save his job has to be a Super Bowl victory. Even then, if we win despite obvious poor coaching decisions he must go. This franchise needs to change the losing culture. I still trust that Gettleman is the right man for the job. Unless he retains Ron after less than a super bowl victory.

Also that fact that he stubbornly has left DeAngelo Williams, Antoine Cason, Amini Silotolu and others in the game while their backups consistently out perform them just adds to the evidence that he doesn't belong as a head coach. Imagine if he had shown faith in the offense against Cincy or Atlanta. Who knows how different the offense may have performed during some of those awful games in the losing streak.

I think even if we win out and take the NFC South Championship he has earned a firing. The fact is if he hadn't made stupid decisions at the end of 2 games this year we could very easily be 6-7 right now and in the lead of the division. These are the same mistakes he's been making since his arrival in 2011. Ron must go, playoffs or not.
