Matt Moore Highlights

Some of you seem to be drinking to Claussen juice right now, but rest assured, Claussen is only getting these accolades because he went to Notre Dame. The guy is AWFUL!! To put it in perspective, Brady Quinn did great with a winning record in ND, what did Claussen do? 16-18. I am absolutely certain Pike will be a bigger success than Claussen. Claussen's throws are like freaking missiles....remember another QB that once played for the Panthers that fit that same description?

If you need a reminder of the gem we already have, and how a well thrown ball is supposed to look,

Here's Claussen...pay attention to his motion pre and post release.

Now here's Tony Pike...Note the proper javelin throwing motion

Claussen fell so far for a reason

I'm sure you've all heard the news by now. I'm not here to say he was one of the greatest QBs of all time, but surely for the Panthers he did some great things. This isn't a thread to bash Jake, there are plenty justified threads for that. This is for those that have anything they are thankful for that he did for us. Believe it or not, he wasn't complete rubbish.

So what would you say was your favorite Jake Delhomme memory? Mine would be him gunslinging it against Tom Brady in the superbowl. For all statistical purpose, the kid from the Bayou thoroughly outperformed Brady in that game.

Farewell Jake, thanks for the memories. Here's to Moore memories.

I can see John Fox doing this.

Doris Dickerson, TE of Pittsburgh is a potential project at WR. He ran a 4.40 and had a 42 inch vertical at 226lbs. Slow down and think about this for a moment, he has combine stats BETTER than Dwayne Jarrett a real WR. I think he would be worth a project pick, with the intent to convert him to WR.
