Sophmore at the University of Louisville majoring in Education. Would one day like to teach US History in high school. I make highlights, hit me up on youtube if you haven't already. Pretty sure most of you all have seen my work, lol. I'm a chill laid back guy. Anything you all wanna know feel free and ask. I'm a pretty open guy.
We are a 12-4 team with a dynamic young core. 12-4 teams dissembowl lesser competition (as we did all last season). The Bucs are lesser competition. It all starts here. They've had two months to prepare.
Unfortunately, we aren't going to get out of cap hell. Once we get rid of these RB contracts, we've gotta pay Cam. Not too long after, we've gotta pay Luke, then Star, then KB. We're gonna be in cap hell for a long time trying to retain all the talent we've drafted in the first round.
Better structure of those contracts will greatly mitigate the problems that coincide with having superstar talent. Paying market value will also help. This is where Gettleman is going to help.
The cap is expected to continue to increase and with the recent structure of QB contracts (not sure if Cam's will follow suit or not) then it is certainly feasible that we can continue to keep our strengths strong and fill in the gaps with solid contributing role players.
I love Steve Smith. Favorite player of all time... But when TD hangs them up or leaves there's a better than good chance I shed a tear. Man is the embodiment of "Keep Pounding" and outside of the game he is nothing but a class act. Love this guy.
