This is an analysis from 2008 based on information available in 2008. There is no bias there, because the ACA is not what Obama was describing in 2008. When Obama made the statement in 2008 his plans seemed to indicate he wanted that to be the case. Because the ACA wasn't passed yet there was not yet evidence he was lying/deceptive/wrong.
If you read the article and applied some non-bias critical thinking, you'd understand that.
Obummer may be a liar, but Poltifact's judgment based on available evidence in 2008 doesn't indicate they are bias.
I understand that...it was leading up to the first election. There was no evidence because we didn't have a bill. I get that. Why judge the statement then unless you're trying to prop up a candidate on zero evidence to judge either way.
