Aren't we like 14-1 in our last 15 regular season games? We are fuging legit and have been for some time now. I used to expect us to lose and be pleasantly surprised when we won, now I definitely expect us to win every week, no matter who we are playing.
It's good to be a Panther fan these days. fug the haters.
Kinda hard to project how well he's doing considering it's been against a lot of guys who probably won't have jobs in the next few days. That being said he has looked great against said scrubs, so I'm with others here that is like to see him get a chance against some better competition against Pitt. I would imagine he's gonna make the final squad this year...I think he owes a lot to Proel. Guy is a helluva WR coach.
The thing about the Panthers never having back to back winning seasons is there are only 3 or 4 players left on the whole squad that were around last time we had a winning season. This is a completely different team and coaching staff. So the only thing that's the same from this time coming off a winning season and 2008 is the Panthers name across the jersey. You make your own luck...and this teams core is much more talented than the last go around it's not even funny.
Cam, Luke, Hardy, KB,Rivera...it's all brand new. Stop acting like we are destined to be shitty because of what's happened in the past with a completely different roster.
I know what you mean. I had the opportunity to go but I chose not to. I find that during the preseason, I'm so geeked for panther football, I want to watch every play up close. Plus my wife is 8 1/2 months pregnant so the last thing I want is to be shitfaced uptown and get a call that she's going into labor.
Kind of selfish on her part, now that I think about it.

Tell your wife to stop thinking of herself for once....women, I swear.
KB sounds like he's gonna be a legit monster WR. I'm predicting 30 + TD passes for Cam this year, with 12 or more coming from Benjamin...hell Cotchery had 10 last year with the Steelers. As camp goes on I am less and less worried about the WR position. Now, go out and lock up a tackle or 2 that inevitably is going to get released, and we have the makings of a very strong offense.
