It's called priorities, ya bone headed idiot.

#3298342 Strickland gives synopsis on Gman at NFL Annual Meeting, and some of my thoughts

Getts in conservative at addressing the team.needs?

Based on his VERY SHORT, CAP STRAPPED tenure as the Panthers GM?

Certainly not based on anything else.

Why even waste time reading after that crap.

Hardy is a better pass rusher the Johnson.

Johnson is the more consistent player, and much more level headed.

#3298322 Gettleman on Sirius NFL Radio 3/24/2015

Posted by pantherclaw on 25 March 2015 - 07:42 AM

The team is actually on a downward trend compared to the rest of the NFL.

Read on if you want a bit of reality. Move along if you like to be overly optimistic and dream.

Spoiler

considering we had to replace both starting tackles, without money to do so, plus the turn over on the receiving core, we did well. We still won the division.

The front office EXPECTED a drop due to the lack of money to fill the needs of the team as well as they wanted to.

But not the fans, the fans expected more dispite the fact of the high turnover and no money.

Then still p8ss and moan when the decline in production came as the team predicted it would.

But don't let that reality mess up your little world.

#3296849 Andrew Luck likely waiting until 2016 for contract extension.

Been watching football far to long to really worry about players contracts.

If they are talented, they are gonna get paid based on the market, not what i think they should be paid, which is another subject entirely.

#3296740 Panthers get a 5th and 6th comp.

Most picks we've had in awhile, i believe. ...
looking forward to seeing who Gettleman adds to the team with them.

#3295880 Mr. Richardson did flex muscles regarding Hardy

Posted by pantherclaw on 23 March 2015 - 02:13 PM

That's definitely your opinion.

Damn right it is, and i wouldn't want any owner of the Panthers to be any other way.

who thought the hardy decision came from anywhere else.

Seriously.

And i commend Richardson doing things the right way.

#3294887 Greg Jennings Leaves Without Contract...

I would expect any player worth signing, would want to weigh his options, and visit every interested team's facility.

#3294655 Panthers talk to Greg Jennings

Posted by pantherclaw on 22 March 2015 - 02:13 PM

I like Greg Jennings.

I don't know that we'd be able to afford him, but stranger things happen.

I wouldn't want to get ride of Cotchery just because we gained Jennings.

KB
Jennings
Cotchery
Ginn
Brown

....is a pretty good lineup.

This doesn't mention any talented receiver that may fall to us, and be BPA.

A self made millionaire knows how to spend and invest his money.

Born millionaire's don't even understand the meaning of value.

#3289369 Todd Gurley to visit with the Panthers

Posted by pantherclaw on 18 March 2015 - 12:16 PM

Due deligence, dude.

Mark of a professional GM.

this, every time.

I laugh at thise who are scared, and say "not at 25."

Getts is doing his job, which is to evaluate the talent. All of it. Not what just expected to be there, that would be idiotic.

I also know if Getts pick him, we should be thrilled to be adding another weapon for cam.

#3287315 49ers Chris Borland Retires... After 1 Season

Posted by pantherclaw on 16 March 2015 - 10:36 PM

The only way to fix it is to tone down the protection they wear, thus making them lay off. No amount of protection will even out the damage those guys do to one another. I always shook my head at the No Fun League whiners who hate on the NFL for these newer penalties. Anyone know the head injury rate for rugby? No pads. Yet they don't launch themselves like rockets at one another.

absolutely this.

Go back to leather helmets, and the problem will be solved.
