Just heard this on NFL AM... hopefully there's someone who can explain why Hardy can't or won't do this, assuming he's guilty of the charges against him. Can certainly understand why he wouldn't if he's innocent.
Heard a pretty interesting conversation on WFNZ with Frank Garcia, former Panthers lineman. He basically said that it seemed Ron was faking being upset after Luke got ejected and that it's possible Ron is losing the locker room. You can listen to it if you want, it's only about 5 minutes long.
Since I had alot of time on my hands today, I went thru every season and added up the total points(regular season only) of every season to see what this team would have to average over the rest of the season to make a new record...
worst season- 2011/429 points
2014 to date- 157
we would have to average roughly 37 points given up. we only have to give up 84 points to match the entire 2013 regular season of 241.
I read an article by Dave Newton on BR where he compared Smith's game against his former team and Greg's game against Chicago. He said that while Steve felt the need to lob grenades at the Panthers organization and boast about how great a game he had, Olsen acted like a pro and feels no ill will towards the Bears. I'm starting to understand maybe why Dave felt the need to send Steve packing, he's a great player and probably a HOFer but the guy is a bit of a drama queen... IMO
