#3148054 Stewart...

Posted by DeAngelo's #1 Fan(CRA) on Today, 08:32 PM

I don't think he gets enough credit of late...

3 starts as the featured RB. 3 straight wins.

Run game is consistent. He is grinding out yards all game long just he he did in the rare windows when Williams was healthy wasting all the snaps.

Scary part is....Williams likely will be healthy enough to suit up next week. Stewart reps go down. That ain't good. I don't think we win the last 3 if Williams was healthy.

Someone mentioned in this thread if Stewart was a June 1 cut we'd save 2 million on the cap.
Is this true?

No

yeah we need Cam leading the team in rushing once again.bad idea.

Yeah, you don't need a first round RB......for Cam not to lead the team in rushing. Just need an a good team around Cam. Need to get away from the illusion that a run game begins with a RB. A it begins with an OL.....and helps even more with a legit pass attack. Have that....and anyone can run. Proof can be seen on Sundays.

Tolbert will be 30 next year and has looked meh when he has seen the field.

He isn't what we need next year

i would plan on cutting all these guys in the near future.and forget about the Barners and Gaffneys,no thanks.think BPA and draft a young talented RB such as Tevin Coleman in the second round, just my 2.

2nd round is too high. You can get a good committee RB in the 4th or 5th

No reason to assume Tolbert is safe.

#3142915 When it comes to coaching...

Posted by DeAngelo's #1 Fan(CRA) on 19 December 2014 - 06:11 PM

Says the guy who always wants to dismiss DWill's games against the aints.

Ha...tis the season for giving. So I thought I would give it to you. No thanks needed.

Apples and oranges. Saint game last year was an oddity and contradicted play throughout a season.

KB's garbage games don't contradict his other games....

And yeah, I dismissed the Saints game....and this year only reinforces WHY it was correct. BC Williams isn't a good runner anymore....knew that last year

#3140856 Bears benching Cutler, starting Clausen

Posted by DeAngelo's #1 Fan(CRA) on 17 December 2014 - 06:57 PM

Cutler stinks. Cutler is signicantly better than Clausen.

Lions will make Clausen look like Johnny football

#3140492 Johnny Manziel....

Posted by DeAngelo's #1 Fan(CRA) on 17 December 2014 - 02:06 PM

Yep...Johnny played bad but he was pretty much set up to fail by his team too.

We let freaking sucks ass Martin run on us....so Clev should fair better at providing Johnny with some form of a run game to play off of.

Also we tend to get blasted by 3-4 defenses and have been living the good life vs piss poor 4-3 defenses of late.

#3137821 Luke the Peace Keeper

Posted by DeAngelo's #1 Fan(CRA) on 15 December 2014 - 06:38 PM

People get confused.

Luke = trash talker

Norman = guy that can't control himself

Norman needs to work on his trash talk game....Luke does it about as good as it can get.

#3137730 Pull For Seattle

Posted by DeAngelo's #1 Fan(CRA) on 15 December 2014 - 05:21 PM

Seattle IMO would be our best option.

They would be on the road....we matchup well. Close game. Always. We always are in position to win those games.

Matchup wise....AZ's D is a much bigger issue for us. Don't care if they have a horrible QB.

#3135838 Benwikere and Norman are studs

Posted by DeAngelo's #1 Fan(CRA) on 14 December 2014 - 06:00 PM

Key words: that close . But he doesn't and he shuts down his man given the opportunity. Julio Jones, now Jackson and Evans. I'll take "that close" over White playing. Him and Bene are our starters and we will have them beyond one year thank god. Continuity will be huge.

Eh, pretty much just a matter of time. He clearly can't rationalize situations....and his own actions.

It isn't like he starts acting out and gains control. His teammates swoop in and we narrowly avoid near disasterous stuff.

Will probably get us soon

Norman still seems mentally weak IMO.

Every game it seems he is that close to committing a huge penalty at a huge moment.

#3132218 Saved by the injury bug? D-will be inactive

Posted by DeAngelo's #1 Fan(CRA) on 13 December 2014 - 02:36 PM

The D Lo hate is cause he has no pop anymore

It is only hate if you are a Williams fanboy.

Otherwise, it is just calling an old and unproductive guy who still gets tons of reps what he is
