Please tell me one single soccer match that generates the kind of press, money, and interest that the Super Bowl does.

Any of the bigger WC matches would be meet those requirements.

I was using what is applicable to us in America as a frame of reference. I'm sure the Cricket Championship is a wonderful event for those in New Zealand and India, but it has close to zero to do with anything we can about in our sports world.

So, yes it's the biggest sporting event in the US. But not really close to the biggest sporting event in the World.

The Super Bowl has been the single most hyped event in the world for decades now.

Don't see that changing anytime soon.

In the World it doesn't come close to the World Cup or any of the big Soccer events.
