In Topic: Panthers Final Decision On Hardy : No Thanks

They've lost my confidence. The organization sucks. I'll continue to support the players but the organization can go piss off. CJ is getting close to the end of his career. Who the f are they looking for DE? YOU drafted Hardy and helped develope him into a elite DE!!!!! All respect due to CJ but the last time we had an elite DE was Julius Peppers, bottom line! THERE HAVE BEEN AND ARE playing in the NFL that are involved in real criminal acts. WHY THE F*%K would you release someone on suspicion and here say?

The TEAM LEADERS AND COACH AND CITY WANT YOU TO TURN OUR TAX DOLLARS OUR MONEY WE SPEND ON OUR TEAM IN OUR STADIUM(yes) AND ON MERCHANDISE INTO NFC CHAMPIONSHIPS OR BETTER. We were on our way. You told us ten years and you almost did it then you stopped trying! Bill Polian was right!

Pep didn't want to be here so I can't blame you for that one but this s*%#?!? The TEAM said they would foster him. The coach wants the guy on the field. Fans are begging and pleading with you to bring back #76!

These statements coming from Voth indicate you want to do otherwise. What that says to US and 31 other teams and YOUR TEAM is that YOU are ALWAYS chose the shield over them and their will to be great. Say what you will

The most important metric for WR, RB and the like should be YAC. That is what makes big plays. That's what made Smitty and Moose speacial. That's how the Panthers were drafting.

If Jeff Taylor can suit up for the Hornets then Greg Hardy can suit up for the Panthers. The case was dismissed for obvious reasons. IF you're in the FOOTBALL business he's playing for your team. If your trying to make a moral statement based on a case with apparently no merit CUT HIM NOW!

31 other teams will be laughing while getting their own Brinks trucks warmed up and ready to go. IF the TEAM (assuming team leaders speak for the whole)wants him and the coach is lobbying for the guy c'mon, enough said. Without Ray Rice and the witch hunt that came afterward nobody gave a damn about Greg Hardy or Carolina.

The problem with evaluating Peppers will always be whether he approached his potential or does he get dinged because he took plays off and sometimes whole games. Much like Benjamin or Newton, when you are a physical anomaly you are often judged more negatively than your peers if you never reach your potential.

That's Greg Hardy. Only difference is Hardy has the on field mindset we wanted from Pep. I'd really be sad to see the guy go. For whatever reason, to me, it would be Pep 2.0, a huge loss in my eyes. This guy is the althletic freak that JP was but nastier on the field and funnier off the field. Oh well...

If your going to pay your franchise QB then this can't be a rebuilding process every other year. From that point on you gotta play to win before the salary cap catches up with you.

We've got to be in win NOW mode, which is why they need to retain their talent for runs at that championship at this juncture. TD, CJ, Kalil can't wait much longer.
