#2868603 The reason why D.G had to put Gaffney on waivers....

Posted by Cpt slay a ho on 28 July 2014 - 10:20 PM

people need to quit defending stewart, guy doesn't play while d will gets all the glorious hate for carrying the load

on the other hand this is on DG, our late to mid round picks are looking questionable after recent events

brian banks should be a prime example(if i got the name correct), lb for the falcons last year was wrongly accused of raping a women if im correct

#2853128 Hardy found guilty

I have made a ton of mistakes over the years but have never hit a woman.  That isn't a mistake that is being a bully and hurting someone who is smaller than you.  I have been married 37 years and have never hit my wife.  It isn't that hard.

ok but some of you are naive enough to believe guilty is guilty in a court system which is beyond true, i understand some want to speculate but there's a possibility that Greg isn't guilty......let it play out is all im saying

as far as hitting women everyone makes mistakes, you might weight that differently then others but np i can understand where your coming from

#2796001 Hurst Impressing

Posted by Cpt slay a ho on 21 May 2014 - 04:16 PM

everyone is talking about hurst, but we passed on moses to................and Allen Robinson for a DE..........the most stacked depth position IMO

bottom line it's yet to be seen if that was a good or bad move, kony could suck and moses be good or vice versa..............gottta let it play out

#2783122 We didn't do Cam any favors, and if this is it we're gonna have some...

Posted by Cpt slay a ho on 12 May 2014 - 08:10 PM

To me the BPA at 28 was Teddy Bridgewater.

And we definitely needed a WR, there's no maybe about it.  You're kinda contradicting yourself by saying we didn't really need one....and then going on to say he was the BEST player for the Panthers...

And that whole nonsense about their not being one worth taking is just that, nonsense to me.  When you get into the later rounds the players you pick are picked because of their potential, you pick them with the hope that they'll work out.  Maybe they have character issues that caused them to fall, maybe they weren't tall enough or fast enough at the combine, that is already understood.  That doesn't mean you just go out and say they're not worth drafting, so I'm going to keep drafting players for positions we already have filled.  Think about this, when you draft late and draft for need you're hedging your bets.  You're not putting all your eggs in one basket, you're simply spreading out your risks. Which makes complete sense to me, Gettleman doesn't determine who is " worth drafting" because simply the drarft process is a lot like the market place.  DG might pass over someone, becaus he thinks he's not worht drafting, but then when someone else thinks other wise and drafts him and that player turns into a stud....then what?

You guys are being kinda ridiculous trying to justify a roster with Chandler and Bell at our tackles.....and no one else?  No back ups?  So when we sort through all the free agents and undraftables, they will then become magically worth it?  Just not worth drafting?   Maybe I'm not seeing something, but I think everything I have said has some reasoning to it, and some good questions.

everybody stating the ealy pick was DG getting ready for the departure of Hardy or Cj are delusional..........if that's the case who did we draft to take gross place last year or this year?????

i agree he hit with the 1st and 3rd round but the rest of the draft was quite lackluster.............didn't help the o out enough

#2779638 Immediate thoughts vs more rational thinking.

ealy pick was dumb along with another rb.........

trading up in the 5th was a head scratcher

besides that the draft was good, could have did alot more to help the struggling offense

#2779604 Godfrey moved to CB

Posted by Cpt slay a ho on 10 May 2014 - 08:22 PM

#2775310 3rd Round Pick Trai Turner G LSU

#2775011 2nd Round Pick Kony Ealy DE

Posted by Cpt slay a ho on 09 May 2014 - 09:42 PM

How many times does it need to be said that Ealy was a steal? And that Gettleman doesn't draft for need?

a steal for who?????...........and this draft for need thing is out of hand, sure don't reach but de is probably the strongest position on the team besides qb

not being a asshole but please tell me why this was a steal for us?

#2771016 Round 1 - Carolina Panthers select WR Kelvin Benjamin FSU

Posted by Cpt slay a ho on 09 May 2014 - 02:19 AM

I wanted Lee but man can i get behind this pick, his success will come from his own work ethic.............most players that bust just lack work ethic and the will to give it there best shot.

hope this dude goes beast-mode this season

#2740893 Panther's QB Derek Anderson in Trouble With the Law...

Posted by Cpt slay a ho on 16 April 2014 - 09:23 AM

if his tint was illegal then he deserved a ticket, but let's not act like the man doesn't have the right to bitch about it,lately(not op) some of you guys have been hanging on every fiber any of our players do............kind of creepy.

the guy talking about traffic court is right, it's not as simple as if you break the law you get a ticket maybe in some cases
