#3351228 Grade the Panthers Day 3 and Overall Draft.

Posted by Cpt slay a ho on Yesterday, 03:10 PM

C+ barely, not sold on the first pick and the 5th round lb is a head scratcher I like funchess but felt we could have gotten him at our original 2nd pick if not strong would have been there

#3350702 Dave Gettleman is quietly putting together a better draft than last year.

I wanna see how our 1st round performs first, dg can easily have been genius with this draft or set this team back a yea if our guys don't pan out

Enough comprehension to know you're ducking, dodging and spinning to get out of being called for saying something dumb...

apparently you don't, multiple posters have said similar things then what I originally stated but you're hell bent on making this a DGB debate....when the topic has been dv in General.......give it a rest

#3315751 RUMOR: Panthers looking to move up to 16-20th pick

Posted by Cpt slay a ho on 08 April 2015 - 02:14 PM

I don't see how your explanation proves that a trade would go against taking the BPA.

Taking the BPA means that when you're on the clock, you are taking the highest rated player on your board, rather than taking someone who is rated lower because they fill an immediate need.

true but why else would you trade up? IMO it's to get someone we /want not move up to take the bpa(which on our boards he could be the bpa).

for example: if we trade up and get a Wr like White, instead of sitting at 25 and getting the bpa who could be gurley.By trading up,we address a position of need and we get our guy, instead of if we sat at 25 and got gurley, which isn't as big of a need as wr IMO but i can see why we wouldn't pass up on him.

Let's not act like Boston and bene don't have another year to prove they're solid players, definite liked what I've seen from both but it's a different story once coaches have tape on them

#3312059 Linebacker in the first?

Posted by Cpt slay a ho on 04 April 2015 - 05:27 PM

Hurney drafted Luke........not dg

#3291595 Would you be mad if gettleman chose Todd Gurley as our first round pick?

Posted by Cpt slay a ho on 19 March 2015 - 09:21 PM

Mad no but it would be a questionable pick, we could pick up a rb to spell Stewart.

We have bigger needs then a rb in the first it's a luxury pick IMO

I could seduce Roger's wife and after about a month of hittin them sugar walls I could blackmail him into letting Hardy off scott free and forcing him to stay in CLT. Looks good on paper.

#3208987 Ravens tell Smith to take a little time out

Posted by Cpt slay a ho on 17 January 2015 - 03:05 PM

My opinion: Steve Smith was not a great locker room guy, and cost too much to keep.

Your opinion: Smitty dat deal, everybady love him, he good and we win playoff with him here. Getts sukes. Nice to all panther wrs ever.

I wonder who looks like a fool in this instance?

just log off, you can't even get basic reading comprehension down added with this exaggeration is pitiful

I know you are a child, and probably next to illiterate, but for goodness sake, please learn to capitalize, punctuate, and spell, if you are going to try to carry on a real conversation.

That said, it's very well known, at least to people older than 17, and to most all football fans that SS was not great in the locker room, and went out of his way to NOT help younger WR's develop.

Yeah lets make excuses about grammar to hide the fact that you don't have anything to back your opinion and you continue to talk out of your ass...........

if you would take the time and read instead of going off half-cocked you wouldn't look like a fool

I apologize. You said "name one receiver that went on to another team and lit it up while Smith was here" and I did.

If that's not what you meant to say, say what you mean and we can try again.

I meant more of the younger guys, but i wouldn't say moose had big or good numbers once he left CAR......just off the top of my head i think he did better here in 2008 then he did with his career with the bears

yeah but i meant younger guys that left and went on to have a better career away from Carolina

#3203394 Steve Smith attempted to fight Jermaine Wiggins after loss?

Posted by Cpt slay a ho on 13 January 2015 - 03:39 PM

I totally agree....when I was younger, I wasn't someone that would overlook things very often but as I got older, had kids, etc..... it got easier. When I read stuff like this about Smith, it doesn't seem overlooking criticism is getting any easier for him. I don't understand it and I think the guy needs therapy or medical help. I'm not saying that as an insult either.

i agree as well, didn't read the article but i don't see a big deal in confronting someone about something they said that doesn't sit well with you, and when i say confront i'm talking about something like "Hey, Wiggins you got a min, just wanted to clear the air about some comments you made". I see nothing wrong with a man to man TALK, but if intentions were to start a fight then i agree smith has to do better he's at the age where that's not an acceptable response IMO. Carmelo Anthony did the same thing when Kevin Garnett made some comments on the court, he did it with the intent to talk it out
