The facts are extremely blurry in Hardy's case -- a lot of "he said, she said."
Sadly, I'm sure the reality of the situation is somewhere in between the two accounts. I'm sure Hardy did some regrettable things, and I'm sure Holder did too.
What I don't understand is the "Hardy would have knocked her out if he assaulted her, nothing to see here..." Really? You've got to be kidding me.
