#2465550 Jonathon Martin

I realize that.  Just observing an anomaly.

Carry on.

I'm currently in the middle of writing a paper, and use whilst instead of while in them because it sounds a bit more formal/academic. Forgot to turn of the mental switch in that post, I guess.

Whilst?

While/Whilst. They're interchangeable.

Dude must be soft in the head to get bullied by your own team mates.

Whether you're an NFL linemen or an 11 year old kid, bullying and harassment is a real thing, and to say someone is simply soft because they're affected by it is a tad ignorant, to say the least.

Whilst there is a possibility of Martin simply not being up to the typical NFL joking and "giving team mates a hardtime", the fact that it's grown to the proportion that it has coupled with the fact that it was never a known issue for him at college indicate that there's a very real possibility that this "bullying" is more than the occasional locker room prank.

#2432886 Is Obama Our First Gay President?

Posted by Coheed on 17 October 2013 - 11:57 PM

Who said anything about bush being a manly man anyways. Fact is if your a president u have never worked a hard day in your life, changed your own oil, do the dirty rigged things a normal civilian has to do in a daily basis to get by. They are all pussies to me.

But of course it's a pissing match in bc left is better than the right and vice versa. This country is being run into the ground... Thanks to republicans and DEMOCRATS.

Every President from Washington to Obama has worked more hours and made harder decisions than you've ever had to make.

cause changing oil is sooooo much harder than making wartime decisions or being presumed responsible for your country's progression or regression economically, socially, politically, and technologically.

#2432414 What a bunch of complete and utter fools you Tea Partiers have elected

#2409675 Beason traded?

Posted by Coheed on 05 October 2013 - 06:14 PM

If Beason is still playing 6 more years - 1 for recovery they will have a probowl MLB MLB not OLB for a 5th, no seriously this is a very bad joke.

You can't base a football team off of "if's"

Beason's made like, 23 tackles if I recall correctly since 2010.

23 tackles.

He's not the Beason he used to be, and considering the nature of the injuries he had, I doubt he ever, ever will be.

is a 7th rd pick confirmed?

No, just speculated.

#2407589 Beason traded?

Posted by Coheed on 03 October 2013 - 10:55 PM

So there goes one of the only vocal locker room leaders for dirt and every one is happy.

Makes sense.

next year we should just draft the most vocal guys. playing ability is overrated, anyhow. next time you're in the carolina locker room tell everyone I said hi.

in other news

I love Beason, but trading him is a good/great move depending on the pick.

Will miss him.

#2404551 Bust

the knock on some of these 'Bama players has sometimes been that when they reach Bama and play there for 3-4 years they have already peaked and hit their ceiling. There isn't much room to grow in the NFL and get better.

Honestly, out of the dominating teams Bama has produced since Saban got there, who is currently the best player in the NFL from there?

Julio Jones?

Hightower?

Claiborne was LSU.

#2383682 You wanna know why we won't sign Kerry Rhodes? :/

Posted by Coheed on 16 September 2013 - 06:50 PM

Please tell me how they are born this way. Would love to hear it. Your born knowing nothing. It's what your surrounded by and how your brought up that shaped your life. Don't gimme this bull.

You're*

There's plenty of peer reviewed studies on the topic (which you'll find, discredit your point of gay being a choice). Google is your friend.

I'm not racist or anything but I don't want my kids around black people.

I'm not anti-Semitic or anything but I don't want my kids around Jews.

The fuging audicity of some people I swear.

If Smith said this in the context that is implied, I've lost a tremendous amount of respect for him.

kind of annoying how some people seem to think that not hitting homeruns in every single round of the draft or in UDFAS is indicative of lack of an eye for talent.

"gettleman is supposed to be a good talent evaluator but there's a good player on another team that he didn't get."

c'mon dude

#2346788 NFL Cut Tracker

Posted by Coheed on 30 August 2013 - 11:49 AM

Classy act by the Falcons... They have only reported cutting Brian Banks (this is the guy who went to jail and was innocent) I hope he catches on somewhere else maybe.

Don't see how it's wrong/unclassy of the Falcons to cut the dude.  Past misfortunes make good player success stories (for the ones that do succeed), but they're not reasons to keep a dude on the roster. At the end of the day, it's about the ability to play.

That being said, I do hope someone else picks him up.

#2346086 If and when I ever get married, my wife is going to have a lot to deal with.

Posted by Coheed on 29 August 2013 - 10:09 PM

You will find a beautiful Christian woman who will share in your passion for the Panthers just as I have! My wife knows more about sports in general than most guys do. You will be blessed my brother.

she could be a Buddhist.
