Us running with Cam in OT was not a matter of Shula running what he's confident in. It was a matter of Rivera probably overriding throw calls because when the game is on the line like that he tightens up.
They have never fully taken the reigns off Cam since his first 3 games in the league. Rivera is obsessed with the idea of him throwing 30 times or less, he thinks that correlates to success. If they ever let Newton throw the ball like other QB's in the league are allowed to do; he would have dominant offensive numbers, even with a lesser supporting cast at WR. He could turn these guys into stars.
A better coach wins this game. We had to settle for a tie. He's still the same 'play not to lose coach' who refuses to put us over the top when we're marginal in a few phases of the game because he's scared.
Dude go watch a fuggin soap opera or something. I just simply said that the poo was realistic, like a dogs dick getting struck by lighting while pissing, no matter how little the chances are. Don't jump on my case because I decide not act like a big ass kid toward someone's opinion. U made it clear what u thought right? That should satisfy you until All My Children airs tomorrow.
You are talking about the king of Carolina being dethroned by a backup QB. That's soap opera.
You'll get your soap opera when King Cam is back and he tells DA to 'hold my dick'
We are more than just who is at QB; or a coach that is scared to go for it on 4th down. We have evolved. We are a good TEAM. We have a defense that can carry us, even with a subpar group of receivers. We have a winning program and attitude now. I am guarded yet excited about what we do from here, this season.
