#3249267 Cam Newton should be paid more than Luck or Wilson

Posted by Dex on 22 February 2015 - 08:15 AM

DA won two games for us last year. Just saying. Cam went went 6-9-1 with the same offense. Cam is a very important piece to the offense and makes us better but he's not the end all be all. In no way should he get more than Luck. 18-19 a year and most of it guaranteed. Keep the cap hits low and spread out the guaranteed $$$.

No sir but I can observe his personality on the field, off the field, and in interviews and it's obvious.

Give me a break. No one knows anyone's true intentions but themselves. Try objective thinking.

Would you do that at your job?

If I was the consensus leader and franchise quarterback of the team, already a millionaire and beloved by fans AND wanted to win a superbowl? You're absolutely right. But hey I'm old fashioned.

Drunk or not, he grabbed a girls ass and tits. And from those actions he plead guilty.

Lol sex offender? Give me a break. he's an asshole no doubt but the original OP calling him a rapist is a derp.

Jameis Winston is making doubters doubt their own doubt. The Florida State quarterback has impressed scouts, coaches and media this weekend on and off the field at the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis about as much as he could have.

Few — if any, at this point — knock the 21-year-old for his ability to play the position. Some scouts even consider Winston's football IQ to be as strong as that of Peyton Manning, perhaps the smartest NFL quarterback of all time, according to Bleacher Report's Mike Freeman.

Tyler Lockett may be creeping up draft boards after that combine. I had him as a 3rd but he may have gotten into the mid 2nd round.

My only problem with the pool is this: I get way too fired up watching the games and I'm worried I might drown.

I'll fish you out bae.

Godwin's Law (or Godwin's Rule of Nazi Analogies)[1][2] is an Internet adage asserting that "As an online discussion grows longer, the probability of a comparison involving Nazis or Hitler approaches 1"

Uhhhh, who gives a poo?

I reiterate... Wow! He kept his nose clean for one year?! Damn. He must have fixed his ways then!!! Yes, let's draft the kid who has made Blackmon and D. Rogers appear tamed.

Hitler hasn't killed any Jews in 50+ years. Let's pardon him too.

wut. We're picking 25 not 1 overall. We can gamble a little. I trust my GM.

#3245486 How do we address the secondary this offseason?

Posted by Dex on 18 February 2015 - 01:06 PM

Sign Rahim Moore. Then draft Shaq Thompson and put him at SS.

Pretty sure some of the people arguing for us to draft him are the same ones who screamed that if we didn't trade a first or second round draft pick for Josh Gordon or Justin Blackmon, it proved we didn't care about winning

Some real fountains of football wisdom there, eh?

I think OP was just trying to show people how good this kid really is. He could be a nightmare on an off the field lol.
