What?!?!?  No way does AB go for 2 1's.  That is ludicrous. 1 first round pick MAX for him.  Hes on the wrong side of 30, a locker room diva and has a huge contract.

That was sarcasm.

I wouldn't give up a breakfast at IHOP for him.

Ed McCaffrey was a great receiver, for sure.

Hope he's as good a coach as Ricky Proehl

May prefer Ed. For all the praise the players gave Proehl we didn't see a whole lot of quality WR play during his stint.

In all fairness he wasn't given much quality either.

Didn't have a lot to work with though.

Does anyone else realize how much better training in colorado will be for them? The lack of oxygen will make a world of difference in 4th quarters here for endurance.

Honestly any benefit from altitude training isn't going to last into the fall. It can help you increase the number of red blood cells if you train routinely but not if you train for a few weeks and then stop for 5 months.

This is a myth. Those guys at the gym with the masks? Just killing brain cells trying to look cool.

The credible scientific evidence for this comes from two points, one actually living in these conditions for a long period of time and two having an outsider then come into said conditions.

So a long time Denver player training in and living in Denver, rock climbing in Denver for years (5+) will be better acclimated to the conditions and will have the advantage but only in a scenario where the another player comes to Denver...from outside the climate.

The advantage is slight and subjective. Especially if an opposing team simply travels there several days earlier and acclimate, as many players don’t stay and live in the climate long enough to affect them more than a traveling team. At that point the advantage is really moot; similar to a northern team playing a southern and vise versa for temperature or east vs. west for time zones.

Takes three weeks to adapt, and gain that extra pint of blood, then it goes away after three days back at lower altitudes.

Well if they progress in one offseason like CMC did we are going to be dangerous.

If Cam can throw over 30 yards we will be. DJ and Samuel can get down the field quickly but a deep ball Cam is way more dangerous.

CMC runs out of gas on break away runs... It may help the WRs cause they aren't used to the air, but CMC needs more training in long distance sprints.
