from the article for those of you who don't want to read it all.

Hmmm - so mentioning that this type of union is a feature in sanders campaign at that the pay is good but does not hit the equivalent when asked to work 60 hours a week hence leading to a negotiation is not reading the article that states all those things?

If you are working for Bernie  " Fairplay"   Sanders why would you need  a union ?

You mean the same Bernie that is pro union and believes all workers have the right to organize?

Quote

It's not supported by everyone in the party. Former Democratic campaign official Steve Hildebrand, who served as deputy national campaign manager for Barack Obama in 2008, said to NPR last year, "Political campaigns are short-term gigs. They're not long-term operations, so this idea of unionization for an eight-month job, it just doesn't make a lot of sense."

Imagine that sanders being to the left of the democrats...

All this bluster about Bernie Sanders who has actually stood on the frontlines for equality from someone like @Paa Langfart who still to this day defends good ol boys like Jerry Richardson.

You are a POS.

Dang, son.  You're getting slapped around pretty good here.  If only you were smart enough to comprehend it all...

from the same article

Sanders has the first campaign with a unionized workforce

lowest pay of any hourly employee is $15

lowest salary is $36K, which at 40hours x 50 weeks = $18 an hour

entire pay structure was negotiated and approved by the union

i heard that the workers want to renegotiate terms because the market for their work is better than they thought when they originally bargained. can’t confirm (it might be in the op but i didn’t read it) but if so then the right thing to do is wait and see how negotiations play out. going to the media is bad but i’m sure there’s information we’ve not seen. bernie has the most cash on hand out of anyone in the race and giving his staff better terms is such a pr slam dunk that it would be concerning to see this end any other way.

Bernie never seems to be " aware" of what the hell is going on in his own campaign.  Last campaign it was the women being sexually harassed.     He and dump are opposite sides of the same coin, never taking blame for what is under their purview.  Dump and Sanders supporters also - opposite sides, same coin.

same side huh.  Then I will wait for Trump to respond to internal problems with a comprehensive plan to address the issues and do better.

The Jerry Richardson defender who has viciously attacked his accusers is now posturing about sexual harrassment.

Your hypocrisy is absolutely astounding.

Bernie -  " Stop Bezos and make him  pay a living wage "

Bernie -  " order our stuff on Amazon."

Quote

Sens. Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts and Bernie Sanders of Vermont are two of Amazon's most outspoken critics, each repeatedly vowing to break up the tech company if they get their wish and unseat President Donald Trump in 2020.

But Sanders and Warren both have another thing in common as it relates to Amazon: their presidential campaigns spent more money at the e-commerce giant

According to an analysis by the Washington Free Beacon, which examined 21 Democratic presidential campaigns' spending habits at Amazon through their Federal Election Commission reports released at the end of the second quarter of 2019, Sanders outspent everyone by almost $100,000, with Warren not far behind.

The analysis found that from April to July of this year, Sanders' campaign spent $138,148 on Amazon goods and services. Warren's campaign came in second by spending $51,990. New Jersey Sen. Cory Booker's campaign spent $31,366 as well. No other campaign spent more than $6,000 at Amazon.

The same Bernie that stated his support for Amazon raising its wage to $15 an hour?  Imagine being able to point out bad conditions pressure worker activism and praise a company when it does right and keep pressure on them where they are still wrong.

Its much better to just burn your shoes because CK got paid then do real activism.
