jfra78 4,200 Report post Posted August 13 https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/jim-irsay-says-andrew-luck-is-dealing-with-a-small-little-bone-injury-adding-more-confusion-to-the-situation/ Quote "I know everyone's having their questions about Andrew, and that sort of thing, but I really feel very confident that he's going to find his way through this thing," Irsay told SiriusXM NFL Radio. "After the Kevin (Durant) thing and everything, everyone's erring on the side of caution, but quite frankly, this is not even in the Achilles tendon. This is in another area, it's a bone -- I'm not good at these things -- it's a small little bone, and (former Colts) Ryan Diem had it, and Raheem Brock had it, the trainers told me. And he's doing very well, very excited, he's a married man, baby on the way, and he couldn't be more excited for the season." First it was a calf strain, now a "little bone injury"(whatever that means). This is looking like 2017 2
jb2288 167 Report post Posted August 13 Damn I hate it for him. Insane amount of talent but just can't stay healthy. Hope the Colts don't rush him back and he can play second half of the season if that's what it takes

Sean Payton's Vicodin 6,223 Report post Posted August 14 Blame Grigson and Irsay. They refused to put a competent oline in front of Luck and he's had to deal with it most of his career. Ballard on the other hand addresses it immediately and puts a good oline in front him but the injuries have already taken their toll. Just hoping rest is all he needs and he's good to go for week 1.
