  1. Thx man he’s dying of cancer but I can rag on the panthers with him for at least one more Sunday
  2. The problem is Bryce. He’s the owners hand picked QB. He was babied in the preseason with only one drive against second stringers. The team doesn’t believe in Bryce. It’s obvious.
  3. Come hang out with me at the ER waiting room while my dad gets CT scans we can watch on my phone
  4. The defense had insane turnover this offseason so I’m not surprised to see some early struggles. Seeing Jaycee Horn get burned deep shouldn’t happen. At least Mike Jackson looks legit.
  5. Darnold or Bridgewater. Both had their strengths and weaknesses.
  6. I have watched Ewers since he transferred to Texas. He is going to be a very good NFL QB. He has the arm talent to make every throw and he is cool under pressure. The 2022 Alabama v Texas game, Texas was running train on Bryce Young and the Alabama offense. They were pressuring him constantly and Bryce couldn’t do anything against the blitz. It was that game I knew Bryce was not cut out for the NFL. Unfortunately Quinn Ewers got hurt in the first quarter or else Texas would have won.
  7. LOL Bryce moves Sanders to the wrong side to pick up the blitz. What happened to super brain QB????
  8. Best QB in college football this season will be Ewers
  9. Arch is 2-3 years away from being drafted. Secondly from what limited play time I’ve seen, he needs 2 years as a starter in college.
  10. Quinn Ewers is looking like he will have a Heisman caliber season for Texas. Legit QB prospect who went back for his senior year. Keep your eye on him this season as a prospect for the Panthers.
  11. I’m not sure what this team’s mantra would even be at this point aside from inept. The answer is always wrong is more like it
  12. It’s a young team with a few really old players
  13. I honestly think you’ll see a different side of Ron on TV. He was very cagey and careful with his language as a coach but I think he will come out of his shell a bit as a commentator with nothing to lose
  14. Greg Olsen just waiting until this all blows up in Fox’s face and his price tag just doubled
  15. If you go look at the thread showing the all 22 of his routes you will see why he didn’t get any catches. The Plummer throw and one other on opening drive (the catch by Thielen) he was even open to catch a pass.
  16. I agree. Adonai Mitchell would have done very well in this offense
  17. I’m going to guess you didn’t watch the video. The only negative takeaway is that it was against the Bills 2nd stringers. Otherwise the offense looks a lot quicker and more organized than last year. Having Sanders and Matthews at TE might be Bryce’s saving grace this year.
  18. He looks slow and lumbering. I don’t know if it’s a nagging injury or if he’s just not very quick off the line. He will need to be schemed open.
  19. One thing is for sure, we all seem to agree Legette isn’t ready to make an impact and probably needs more time to develop. I’m not calling him a bust, yes I would have preferred the Panthers select a different WR because there were many that were obviously more pro ready than Legette, but I’m not going to call the guy a bust before he’s even taken a regular season snap yet. But he probably needs at least half a season to get acclimated. If Mingo struggles to make an impact once the games start to matter, I hope Legette is ready.
  20. Not sure what game you watched but ISM won the returner job today. He’s not getting cut, he might go to short term IR if his injury is bad enough and that opens the door for Moore to get an early season roster spot. And I agree on Matthews and Raym. Matthews looks like a steal and he has a roster spot already sealed up. Raym might be a guy who they stash on the practice squad or he might outright take Cade Mays spot. Who knows. Good on Morgan for finding guys who can play either way.
  21. It’s not going to be like last year. I don’t think the panthers are the worst team in the NFL this year. But this is still probably a bottom 10 roster talent wise and I think we need to prepare for another bad season, but the silver lining is this team might show some real promise going into 2025
  22. He isn’t going anywhere this season unfortunately. Next year, probably
  23. Shaq is a good player but the Panthers clearly made a mistake retaining Shaq over Bradberry.
  24. I know. And he’s probably going to be the Colts WR2 by seasons end. Mitchell is gonna be a good one.
  25. I am about 3% more optimistic about Bryce, Canales, and the trajectory of the Panthers than I was before the game. One drive against a team’s second stringers doesn’t say a ton but it was enough for us to be more encouraged than last year. If we see Bryce show similar results against a good Saints defense I will be bumping that number up significantly.
