  2. At The Hive @At_The_Hive · 32m Melo looks like he's favoring that right wrist...
  3. we split with Orlando this year, and they beat us when we were healthy. Gonna need a much better performance tonight. Somehow, I don't see Melo have 2 sub-par games in a row.
  4. love the fact that we spoiled the Saints hopes for Horn and Marshall. That alone makes me give the draft an A+.
  5. Frank Ragnow just signed his second contract yesterday, becoming the highest paid center ever. Cool moment at the PC. Right in the feels
  6. https://www.profootballrumors.com/2021/05/bobby-mccain-to-visit-wft Bobby McCain is already lining up his suitors. After getting released by the Dolphins earlier today, the veteran safety is set to meet with Washington on Monday, reports ESPN’s Adam Schefter (via Twitter). The 2015 fifth-round pick had become a staple of the Dolphins’ defense over the past six years, but he saw a drop off in play during the 2020 campaign.
  7. Alaina Getzenberg @agetzenberg · 2m Washington formally announces the hiring of former Panthers scout Jeff Beathard.
  8. Rhule doesn't seem to be scared off by these kind of issues, and Nixon is not the only one we drafted who has them. Looks like Rhule thinks his process is a good path to better decisions, and of course he talks to all these kids before drafting them. Let's hope for the best, for the players and the team.
  9. Hornets storm back 15 down to 3 down in closing minutes of the first half behind Malik and PJ getting hot. No home cookin from the refs tonight. We have to find a way to slow them down and score from within the 3 point line. Will be really hard if we don't. Melo not having his best night, if he can turn it around, that would help.
  10. defense has been ugly, and when we go into the paint, we get shut down quickly.
  11. Charlotte Hornets PR @HornetsPR · 1h UPDATE: @hornets G Devonte’ Graham has been downgraded to out
  12. oh man, that is perfect Hurney. Tepper spends 60 million bucks on The Process, and in the first year, Hurney is like "I don't know, I've got some ideas otherwise." Good luck, Marty. You'll need it.
  13. Charlotte Hornets PR @HornetsPR · 1h UPDATE: @hornets G Devonte’ Graham has been downgraded to out
  14. we should beat the Bulls tonight even without Miles, but they beat us last time. Vucevic will probably play. He bullied us for 18 points and 16 rebounds in that game. We had no answer for him. We'll have to find a way to contain him. NAME POS DATE STATUS COMMENT Troy Brown Jr. F May 5 Out Brown (ankle) has been ruled out for Thursday's game against the Hornets. Nikola Vucevic C May 5 Day-To-Day Vucevic (hip) is listed as probable for Thursday's game against the Hornets. Zach LaVine SG May 5 Out LaVine (COVID-19 health and safety protocols) plans to return to the Bulls lineup for Thursday's game in Charlotte, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.
  15. Alaina Getzenberg @agetzenberg · 24m Carolina Panthers offseason schedule: Rookie Minicamp: May 14-16 OTA Offseason Workouts: May 24-25, May 27, June 1-3, June 7-10 Mandatory Minicamp: June 15-17 so we'll get to see our rookies one week from tomorrow.
  16. Saints board wasn't happy with this pick....and not many of the others. Been fun watching reality set in with those guys. Their bravado about Winston and Taysom has tamped down to nervous whistling in the dark.
  17. Could be worse. They could be the Texans.
  18. not playing a good game, but still have the lead. Melo not included in that statement. His passing is unreal, just a joy to watch. Too many people missing this. We're going to get better in the post after the season. Next year will be fun.
  19. our own Hunter S Thompson...... "Fear and Pooping in Las Vegas."
  20. and now Cody goes to the locker room after taking a charge and getting an elbow to the face. Blood came fast. Hopefully he can come back. We are really thin in the post right now, and we're just starting the 2nd quarter.
