  1. https://www.pff.com/news/nfl-100-best-available-nfl-free-agents-remaining-2021-nfl-free-agency Who knows who we're going to end up with, but we have options. None will be obvious slam dunks, but players like Mackenzie Alexander, Jacquiski Tartt, Breshaud Breeland, Keanu Neal, Malik Hooker and more than a few others at WR or perhaps an old guy at TE could help us this year to focus on the BPA during this year's draft. If we hit paydirt, maybe we can look into longer terms.
  2. No, it's people actually being stupid and continuously empowering persons--mostly men--of bad character by placing them in positions of leadership and continuing to support their businesses, and generally just buying their bullshit narratives, even though they know that men have questions regarding sexism, racism and some other "isms"!
  3. Perhaps, but Wilson wasn't forcing the issue. The situation with Watson is different (now, totally different).
  4. Sounds like he got caught with his hand(job) in the cookie jar!
  5. I don't know. Tepper hasn't said anything. We're just blindly guessing at this point.
  6. If the supposed others are similar to the first lawsuit, then no crime has been committed. It would be sexual harassment!
  7. Well that's a first. Even the few analysts that believe Trey Lance is not a top 10 or even a top 32 pick admit that his upside is off the charts, and they only downgrade him due to his perceived lack of experience compared to the others. No one, save you, has called him E.J. Manuel. That's a baseless hot take!
  8. I hope that if we get one in FA it's Gerald Everett.
  9. I don't know. Maybe. Agholor got two years and 22 mil from the Pats. If Agholor and Samuel continue to rise, those are decent contracts.
  10. Damn, Deshaun! He could've actually paid someone who was 100 percent down with extracurricular activity, and trustworthy enough to be 100 percent discreet. I don't know what happened, but I'd think that some masseuses develop a reputation for extra services, so I am having a hard time believing these girls were shocked! He may or may not be guilty, but these are still money grabs though! How unsavory!
  11. Not that I'm the most knowledgeable about this stuff (and I haven't played Madden in more than a decade), but we actually use a flexible scheme to be honest that is a hybrid between 4-3 and 3-4.
  12. Perryman and Reddick make a whole lot of sense! Put that in terms of the O-line signings in light of this deep O-line draft, and maybe you can see what's happening here.
  13. It looks like you're correct due to the nature of what's alleged that Watson did. His alleged violation doesn't appear to rise to the level of sexual assault (which would make it criminal). https://texaslawhelp.org/article/sexual-harassment-work#:~:text=Unwelcome sexual advances%2C requests for,or creates an intimidating%2C hostile%2C This means that it is in fact (as alleged) more benign than other cases we've heard, and that anyone who believes that we won't trade for Watson based upon this is likely fooling themselves.
  14. Suspended? There's going to have to be some substantiation! This isn't the Hardy case where you had calls and bruises! Where's the evidence?
  15. Just curious as to the "not good" in the title...like, now the story has any more validity than it did. If anything it's more benign depending upon how you look at it.
  16. Well, I'd like to see this text message! Hopefully it's not some vague bullsh¡t. We should be able to discern if there's a little fire behind the smoke. Otherwise it's just another she-said-he-said.
  17. For starters, acquiring a QB of Deshaun Watson's ability and body of work before he really hits his prime would be a first for anyone. I have seen some argue or intimate that he was the best this past season, but he has put up some historic numbers despite being on a crap team! https://www.pff.com/news/nfl-deshaun-watson-best-quarterback-2020-houston-texans https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.foxsports.com/stories/nfl/houston-texans-quarterback-deshaun-watson-was-the-nfls-best-quarterback-in-2020-pff-argues https://www.sbnation.com/secret-base/22175134/deshaun-watson-stats-houston-texans-dorktown Secondly, you won't see me "blowing up" regardless about drafting Jones with our number 8 pick. I'd give it a 10 percent chance of happening. But. If it does, I will be more analytical than angry about it. I don't believe in betting, but anyone that wants to make a wager on it straight-up, feel free. I know that you (and I am using the term generally) don't really believe it yourself.
  18. True, but you have to look at things on a relative basis, and we're going to be at an advantage over most teams any way you slice it.
  19. I'm not worried in the slightest. I don't think that Tepper will allow his team to be robbed of talent, but I also know that we'd have to give up some valuble talent as well. It's not rocket science! That's how these things work.
